niversity employees may now make address changes on-line as Human Resources continues to use the Web to make information more accessible.

  In addition to home addresses, employees are able to change or correct their office addresses and telephone numbers, and indicate whether they want their home addresses printed in the University Telephone Directory.

  University faculty and staff may make the changes from their home or office PC, or via one of the public terminals on campus.

  The address change site is found from the Columbia home page by clicking on the following links: "Administration", "Human Resources" and "Employee Address Changes."

  The address change form is on a "secure server," which can be accessed only after the employee has entered a CUNIX ID and password.

  Using the Human Resources Home Page, employees can also receive a benefits statement, check Columbia job postings, retrieve human resources forms or view many documents, including Working at Columbia.
