The interdepartmental program in Buddhist studies is offered jointly by the Departments of Religion, East Asian Languages and Cultures (EALCA), and Middle Eastern, South Asian, and African Studies (MESAAS). Study in the program is carried out in conjunction with work for the MA/PhD degree in one of these departments, and students should refer to the appropriate departmental webpages for further information about admissions and degree requirements.
