Please join the Harriman Institute for a lecture by Margus Tsahkna, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Estonia. Moderated by Jenik Radon.

Europe is facing its most serious security crisis in decades. Russia’s ongoing war of aggression against Ukraine remains the greatest threat to European peace and stability. Despite diplomatic efforts to reach a just peace, Russia continues pursuing its aim of dismantling Ukraine and rearranging Europe’s security.  The Estonian Minister of Foreign Affairs will explore how Europe must respond.
