Navigating health information and healthcare systems has become increasingly complicated. Improving health literacy, or the ability to find, understand, assess, and use health information, is essential to helping people access and find the care they need. Alice! Health Promotion's Padma Entsuah and Gina Orlando (MSPH '17) will speak about how they developed an evidence-informed strategy to identify and address health literacy concerns at Columbia University.
